TM training day 3

2 miles in 19:00 mins 60 pushups in 6 mins some chest some arms

Its slowly coming along. I need to push myself a little harder at the gym. I sometimes wimp out on some exercises which isnt good cause then that cheats no one but myself. I need a gym buddy to push me to my limits…hopefully Team D.A.M. can workout together soon. I also really want to do insanity again. I was all gung-ho about at first cause it was only 60 days and required no extra weights but failed cause i didnt have the drive. But now that i have a bigger goal, this will totally push me to do it. I know some of the guys are doing insanity or p90x so it shouldnt be too hard to find a buddy.
