TM training: day 2

2 miles in 18:50 min some chest exercises some abs 60 pushups in 7 mins stairmaster for 15 mins

i was pretty happy about todays workout. idk if yesterday was just a slow day or i was just listening to better music but i ran faster today. slowly getting it up there. Hopefully i can get it to like 2 miles in 15 minutes then i can start to add more distance a mile at a time. My chest is a little sore from the day before but its a good sore. I didnt really realize how weak my chest really is till today. Towards the end of thoes 60 i was kinda struggling : / but its all good.
